There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in adopting CSHB 23(FIN) (page 941). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the motion to adopt CSHB 23(FIN) be withdrawn. There being no objection, the following was before the House in third reading: 2013-04-11 House Journal Page 1094 HOUSE BILL NO. 23 (same title) Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 23 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of adopting the 2d Rules Committee substitute (page 1086). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that 2d CSHB 23(RLS) be adopted in lieu of the original bill. There being no objection, the following was adopted: 2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 23(RLS) "An Act creating the Knik Crossing Development Corporation as a subsidiary corporation of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik Crossing Development Corporation." 2d CSHB 23(RLS) was automatically in third reading. Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that 2d CSHB 23(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment Nos. 1 and 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, 2d CSHB 23(RLS) would be returned to second reading for Amendment Nos. 1, 2, and 3. Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 4, line 3, through page 7, line 1: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.
